Welcome to Norveth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Norveth Engineering Intelligence Platform, including our website, APIs, and associated software (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Norveth provides automated code analysis, architectural mapping, and engineering intelligence. The Service allows users to upload, connect, or link repositories and codebases for the purpose of generating insights, documentation, and analysis reports.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We take your intellectual property seriously. When you grant Norveth access to your repositories:

  • We do not claim ownership of your source code.
  • Your code is processed securely in isolated environments.
  • We do not use your proprietary code to train our foundational models.
  • Analysis artifacts are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized members of your organization.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not use the Service to:

  • Upload or analyze code that you do not have the legal right to access.
  • Attempt to breach or circumvent the security mechanisms of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. API Usage and Rate Limiting

Use of the Norveth API is subject to rate limiting and fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if we detect abusive or excessive usage that impacts the stability of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The automated insights, documentation, and security reports generated by Norveth are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Norveth does not guarantee the complete accuracy of AI-generated analysis and should not replace human engineering review.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via email or through the platform interface prior to the changes taking effect.
