Payment and refunds

How to pay

We use Payoneer, a regulated global payments provider. You pay by card or bank transfer in your own currency. All major currencies are accepted.

When your work is approved, you receive a secure payment request from Payoneer, sent to your email and matching the price we agreed in writing from hello@norveth.app. We never ask for card details by email or phone; if anyone sends you different payment details, email us first.

We agree the price and scope by email.
You get a free preview, then the finished work on a private link.
You approve it. Payoneer emails you a secure payment request.
Pay by card or bank transfer; we hand over everything.

Pay by link or QR code

Prefer to pay in seconds? Once your work is approved, ask for your payment link. We send it from hello@norveth.app: one secure Payoneer link for the exact amount we agreed. Open it on any device, or scan the QR code we attach with your phone camera, then pay by card or bank transfer in your own currency.

Every link opens a page on payoneer.com. Never pay on any other site.
The amount and description on that page match your written quote.
Payment links only ever come from hello@norveth.app. If a link reaches you any other way, don't pay it; email us first.

Terms

Price agreed in writing first: Before any work, you get the price, what's included and the delivery time by email. If you ask for something outside that, you get a separate price first and you decide.
Small projects: pay when you're happy: For fixes, polish and one-page websites, you pay nothing up front. We deliver on a private preview link; once you've checked it and you're happy, we send the payment request.
Larger projects: agreed deposit: For bigger builds (many pages, bookings, shops, automation), we may agree a deposit in writing before starting, with the balance on delivery.
One free round of changes: After delivery, send all your changes together and they're done free. Further rounds, or new things not in the original scope, are quoted separately.
Handover: Once payment is received you get all logins and files. Domains and accounts are set up in your name.

Refund policy

Pay-when-happy projects: you only pay after approving the finished work, so there is nothing to refund if you're not happy: just don't approve it.
Deposit projects: change your mind before work starts and you get the full deposit back.
We miss the agreed delivery time by more than 3 days: you can cancel and get the full deposit back.
We can't deliver what was agreed, even after the free round of changes: full refund, and you owe nothing more.
Refunds go back the way you paid, within 7 working days.
